In this case it's the 20" aluminum wheels that limit the rear axle rating. They are limited to 3500# each hence the 7000# rating on the sticker. The stock 275/65r20 tires are rated at 3750. If you look around, it's hard to find any aftermarket wheels that exceed 3500#s. Some go as high as 3640# for the 7280 RAWR on some trucks.
