Man-Dip (so easy, any man can make it!)
1 pound Jimmy Dean's hot sausage
2-8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 can Rotel original tomatoes
1 can Rotel hot tomatoes
Brown sausage and drain grease.
Soften cream cheese.
Mix all ingredients together in a small crock pot.
Serve with crackers or scoop chips.
It is also good on toast the next morning!
