I paid $2,200 (added to the loan payment) three years ago when the rig was new. I'm sure the cost when new is less as there is the factory warranty. Anyway, I have a $100 deductible. Just finished getting my claim resolved for the level up valve and pump motor, in addition to the hotel/meals allowance of up to $200/day. Total recovered after deductible was $1,700 after deductible. I have 3 years remaining on the warranty. It is through Interstate. I wasn't too thrilled with their approach to the motor claim, but after some discussions, they came around. Even if I don't use the warranty any more, I feel good about the peace of mind it provides.
