You get a replacement plug with the kit. You replace the 7 pin plug at the bumper and the new one has 7 pin and the plug for the TPMS and back up cam. Simple switch out at the harness under the truck. If you use the back up cam you run a cable (provided) to the rear of the trailer and near the front it connects to the other cable that has the TPMS receiver and then the one plug to go into the outlet next to the 7 pin. Everything then feeds to the screens on the dash. I love mine, but like said, wish it had temp readings also. You also have to change out the valve stems on the trailer.
