Dick, I have 8 weather apps on my I-phone. When the Nations Weather Service issues an emergency warning (Tornado warning, Tornado watch, Hurricane warning, etc.) two of them can sound an audible alert if you have them set up. The two I leave set up for alerts are "The Weather Channel" and "Storm". The Weather Channel app is free and you can custom design what alerts you want to receive.
