I went to Lowe's and picked up two sections of rain gutter (fully enclosed type) of plastic construction. I cut them to lenght and each carries two fishing poles. Mounting can be of your choice. One way would be to drill a hole in the area where your studs are in the bottom of the gutter, and use a sheet metal screw and washer to attach it to your structure. I would also consider a couple eye hooks on either side on the structure and a short bungee to hold the reels up against the gutter.
