The 6.0 engine initially came with some poor engineering that let to failures. Ford blamed International who in turn blamed Ford. (Drove our 6.0 for close to 100K miles without issue). Bullit proofing is installing after market fixes for those issues. If you do a search, you will find multiple manufacturers with multiple fix packages. I never had any issues, so not familiar with those fixes.
