Remember that Tireco is the importer/ distributer for Mission and many brand Tires and is located here in the good old USA as Mid west supply was the distributer for the Apollo 1/2 time oven.. The tires themselves were made in a far away country. Keystone and many other brands chose to use the tires because they were cost effective so there are plenty of places to point the finger of blame. At least tireco accepted responsibility and replaced tires and paid for camper damage. That is not a excuse for a low cost product.
