Annual license fees for my F-250 is $73.93, with a $12.50 annual inspection fee on diesels, for gasoline powered vehicles it is $37.50. There has been talk about increasing the inspection fee for diesels to the same as the gassers, but so far it has not happened. Some counties are higher than others as they impose a $10 road & bridge tax. I live in Brazoria County and it happens to be one of those with the additional $10.

For the Montana it is $119.38 and there is no inspection fee for it, but the dreaded $10 road & bridge tax on the license. Hope this helps.
