When we went to factory, we indeed had a long delay, 2 months sounds about right. They don't just service the Montana there, but everything Keystone builds, every single brand,in one service center. Usually the service center is the place of last resort, they do ask that you have your dealer fix it first, or at least look at it. Good luck with your repairs.
