I add 2 stroke oil to my diesel fuel. It's the one in the blue jug at Wal Mart. I add about 2 oz per gallon. I notice about a 3 mpg improvement. I told a friend and he also gets 3 mpg better. But we both have old (1996 and 1997) 12V Dodge Cummins trucks. I do not know how it would work in other brands of trucks especially with emissions.
