I have a 2012 3750FL. My ladder is in front of the rear window in the bedroom. I never looked that close at the rear emergency window nor have I tried to open it. I'm guessing you pull up on the red latches and the whole rear window would swing open at the bottom. If this is how it opens then yes it would hit my ladder. I will take a very close look the next time I go to the storage unit.

If keystone has a recall I'm wondering what the fix would be. On the 3750Fl the back window is big and take up almost the whole width of the rear cap. I don't think there is room to mount the ladder without the window hitting it. The only quick and cheap fix that I can see Keystone doing if possible would be to make the ladders removable. Then have some sort of disclaimer stating that the ladder must be removed while the unit is occupied or traveling. That would make me a very unhappy camper if they did that.
