Those lines or sipes around the sidewall radius (appear to be about 1 inch long) as well as arrows pointing toward the tread seen in your images could be compared to a new G614 for edge wear.

Thanks Dave, that's a great picture! It inspired me to go out and take more pictures, at about the same angle.

I uploaded them to the link in the first post of this thread. These tires still look good to me.
