We have owned several 5th wheels and the 2006 Cambridge 358 by Keystone had the lowest landgear clearance of any 5th wheel we have owned. We never had a issue with hitting anything. However we never boondock and always stay in RV parks.. There is no adjustment excep on the pin box and the 5th wheel hitch. But you said your were level when hitched to the Truck???? Just a situtation you will have to deal with..... Happy Trails....
