It is right in behind the plastic cover, I took out the bladder/check valve when our shower got slow and didn't drain. Just re adjusted the bladder in the right direction via my fingers and that was all it took. I suspect the wind or something pushed the bladder in the wrong direction but don't know for sure. Easy to pop out as there are just two threaded couplings that are hand tight to loosen off and out it comes.
