On our rig it's between the floor joists in the basement. The bladder in it is fixed for water to go in one direction. The first thing I would try is to take it off and push something soft and plastic thru it in the direction of proper flow and see if you can straighten it out. Be careful the bladder is delicate. Second, I'd just buy a new one and replace it.
