Jerry, There may be a screw on the SIDE or the TOP that may have a small plug covering it on the wall or shelf. That screw is the hard one to find. If your's is like mine, you will need a second person to hold the TV while you unhook the cables. Mine would only come out about 3/4 of the way, and I was by myself. TV slipped, wires pulled and luckily I only broke a splitter.
