I'm not sure if your is the same as mine, but I just replaced mine. Had to pull out the TV tray and remove the 4 screw in the bottom of the TV. The screwa go up through the bttom of the tray and into the TV. 2 were easy to see the other 2 were to the back and not so easy to find.
