We use a dish on a tripod as well. Thought about getting the rooftop dish, but5 the tripod works so well we figured we would save the money. We have Direct and get the e/w feed. Just got it beginning of this month. Sent in the waiver request and 5er registrration and it took about a month from start to finish. Works great.
