I am battling a furnace issue now that dates back to manufacture of the unit. Output at the furnace is almost completely blocked off that feeds the 3 mains vents, living room, kitchen and bedroom due to the flex duct being crushed by the pet water pipes laid on it. Bathroom is blowing strong because it is a separate dedicated feed where the flex duct is not crushed. Did Montana give you any specs, ie. airflow volume, temperature, etc. ? Montana to.d me I had to have a dealer “evaluate” the issue before doing anything further even after I sent them pictures showing exactly the problem. Longer per lines would allow you to pull them up and suspend over the flex duct. So I get to take it to a dealer and pay the $135 an hour to “write it up” and them they submit to Montana for evaluation.
