Here is the link to the Quartzsite rally information so far. Any info related to this rally is in the Montana Owners Club - Keystone Montana 5th Wheel Forum > MOC REGIONAL CAMPING CLUBS > North America MOC / Western Region sub-forum. The problem seems to be that while everyone enjoys a rally, no one enjoys it enough to step up as wagon master. There are dates in the posting so you can plan when to go. Where is still an open question.
