I'm a little weakly versed on your unit, but I believe both slides are hydraulic … dunno what crank you are talking about.
You have to watch storing stuff under the bed subpanel as you need to remember that space grows and shrinks when the slide moves in and out. Hydraulics are powerful and will crush things without much effort.
Page 17 captures the process for every hydraulic slide we have had in our Montana units. Great post and guidance.
