Had our first major
While traveling from Missouri to Florida we spent a few nights home in Tennessee. While setting up for the night at the KOA I was having problems getting the bedroom slide to extend. I double-checked the floor under the slide to ensure that a shoe or something hadn't gotten wedged underneath it. To my dismay what I found was that the rear headboard closet door had sprung open during travel and had gotten wedged behind the rear corner of the slide. Pulled the slide in, unjamed the door and fully extended the slide.
The hinges on the door are now bent and the door will not close. I use a pice of tape to hold it closed and currently have the DW check it before operating the bedroom slider now. When i get some time I'm going to remove the door and try to straighten the hinges.
So just an FYI for everyone to check your slide before operating it. Still loving our new home and excited to show it to our friends here in FL. Get lots or oohs and aahs everywhere we've been.
