Welcome, Bill and Nita, from sunny and warm Colorado. We do not have the 3150, but do have a 3160. You will find, as you probably already have, that floor plans are very much a personal thing on how you use your unit. We love the shorter Montana because of where we live in the mountains. We are in our third Montana and have enjoyed all three. But, each floor plan change was due to a change in lifestyle. The second unit was purchased because we wanted a separate bathroom because we became grandparents. The third unit was because our driveway on the mountain won't accomodate heavier/longer units.
