Congratulations on the new Ram. We live on a very steep (22 percent grade) drive and had a Reese slider on our ‘13 Ram. Turning about 80 degrees downhill I never once used the slider. I have noticed a slight squat, so I ordered Timbrens for our ‘19 Ram. I also ordered the AMP steps. Both were on sale. The Timbrens were $317 at eTrailer and Amazon had the steps for around $215 Prime. Another suggestion for your new Ram. They did away with the smooth surfaces that my GPS and Rear Camera sat on, so I bent a piece of 1/4” acrylic to fit over the console ahead of the cup holders. Nice choice on color, too.
