There is at least one other recent thread here describing that very thing - one a Montana and the other our HC. The fix is to pull them out measure the individual boxes and rebuild to closer to equal height, Maybe you can convince the dealer to fix it but if you have to shell out the bucks, it will be expensive, at least the $300 quoted (or more) as it is time consuming.
