I've read all this and after doing so a question absolutely jumps out at me. Why did you choose a 3402 over a 3400 this time? I have printed out and studied drawings for both floorplans. It's obvious that the 3402 is 11 inches longer overall and the pin weight is 165# heavier. You get a tub instead of a shower but end up with a smaller wardrobe beside the bed. You also end up with the lavatory in the toilet room which seemingly no one likes. You also give up the laundry chute in the floor. Both units seem the same from the steps to the back end. What am I missing here?
