I had a 2016 F350 and my engine and transmission temps would go above 220 and the fan would hardly ever come on. Now i have a 2018 F350 6.7 Diesel and this one runs even hotter. I've seen temps in the 230-235:range and the fan comes on more often. I have both guages on display .one just says normal and the other tells me actual temps
