These things do flex some they can not be rigid. Ours will flex about 1/8 inch. keystone has been known to fit the wall panels to tight so that there is no room to flex and they bend, shatter, etc . Look at the molding along the right and left side over hang and see if there is a gap when the truck is hooked up or when the truck is unhooked.
we had real flex in our 06 3400 and things break under there .You need to determine if you have frame flex or not.. I would call Keystone customer relations.....now..
