Reese Slider on our TV with a Blue Ox Bedsaver(best insurance you can get)! You didn't mention whether you have a full bed or shortbed so if you have the shortbed the slider is a must especially for your piece of mind and not having to go to the body shop to replace the rear window and take out the dents on both the TV and the Monte from to sharp of a turn or backing problem!
If your Monte is newer with the new front cap it helps but the slider is my choice on our shortbed!
