Our Convection does not work. Tray moves, and noise is made, but no heat. We called Half-Time folks in Florida. Since we are still under warranty they are sending a repair person to our RV site. We are waiting for a date on this since we just spoke to them last week. The Convection is no big deal really and we only use the microwave for the most part. We used the Convection twice and it worked, but no longer and we have unplugged the unit, etc., to reset, but still nothing. Oh well, we are sure these are not popular units since anywhere on the Internet folks are complaining. I think their should be a class action suit against these folks since I don't think 90% of the users are happy with them - if they can even be users.
