Great Mike. Glad you could make the leap. We had an estate sale that worked wonderfully. The team came to the house and told me not to throw anything away, even a bucket of rusty nails. They said someone will buy it. After we put all we wanted to keep into one room, they moved in and sold everything else over a three day period. There was very little left, but they arranged to get what was left to a charity for us. No garage sale hassle. Here's hoping things go very well for you.
