Al is right, your not going to hurt anything. The tank would have to have a lot of water in it to ever get damaged by freezing and all my other RVs had the dump valves out in the weather and I had them feeze up without causing damage when I was spring camping up in Northern Alberta.
If you are worried about it you could carry a little plumbing anti-feeze and pour some in the toilet but you probably don't need it.
