Has anyone had their interior entry latch break? Of course, it happened late Sat. afternoon on the 4th of July weekend, so no one is answering any phones. The lever that opens the door from the inside broke off at the edge. Had to take off the plate and use a flat blade screwdriver to move the door bolt. Haven't locked the door again, but we have two very brave dogs to guard the door. Will try to get the mfgr. to send us the part (there is a 800# on the back of the plate, so that is handy). Just fixed the bathroom door handle and replace the W/D door handle so it would match.
