I have to agree that Keystone is not warranty friendly. I had several serious problems with the Forest River we traded in on the Montana, but before we gave up on it FR agreed to bring it back to the factory for repair. I can't imagine KS doing that. The two times I actually called KS during the warranty period I was brushed off. Also, our KS dealer had a more difficult time with warranty claims that did our FR dealer. Regardless, I can state our Montana has been free of the serious problems that plagued our FR.
