I own a 2007, RL3500, and replaced those lights several years ago. They are on a 120 circiot, not 12VDC. I replaced them with LED spotlights from Lowes as well as the ones in the bedroom. They swivel and can be adjusted several ways. Much better than the original lights and take up a lot less wall space.
