I for one would make the same purchase I did in April of 06. We have the 3400 and we only part time in it during the summer as I am still working to make payments.
However, several trips to Florida, and many trips to state parks in Indiana, plus a couple of trips to Harrison AR and any problems I have experienced are minor. I am still running the Missions, have not had Applo Microwave problems, or storage tanks leaking etc. There are thousands of Montys on the road and you only hear of the bad things mostly. I take what I read as preventive maintenance issues and carefully keep close eye on those issues before they become major issues.
