Which direction will you be coming from?
The one thing you do not want to do is take E Southcross Blvd from I-37 because of the mentioned bad rail crossing. Suddenly rises about 3 ft above the street level, and drops off the same quickly on the other side. My 34' made it OK, but I would not try with anything longer. Lots of gouge marks in the pavement. I did not try that twice.
If traveling down I-35 from the north or I-10 from the east, I recommend taking I-410 around the east and southeast side of San Antonio until you reach Roosevelt Ave. Then north of Roosevelt to Traveler's World, about two miles.
Alternately, you could take SE Military Dr from I-37 over to Roosevelt and then north.
