My 2014 3402 had the same problem, very little if any A/C in zone 1. I took to Camping World in Meridian, Idaho and was told it would cost me $150.00 just to have the A/C inspected for problems. The unit was still under warranty and if the problem was with the A/c unit they would refund the cost. If nothing was wrong with it the kept the fee.

I opened up the intake ducts and found them both fully collapsed. Read on the forum that others have had this problem and installed 6" sections of 1" PVC pipe to hold the duct open. This made a huge difference and we now have Working A/C.

Best advice is to do it yourself, dont ever take it to Meridian Camping World for repair!!
