We don't have the 3585RK or the 3000RK but we have an early 2003 rear kitchen 3295RK and I love it. We did have some breakage early on as we were so green to RV-ing. We'd only had tents and pops up prior to this. Now everything stays put.
As someone mentioned, now they have new suspension on them. We also got a MorRyde hitch which helped. There are several kinds of hitches that will help out there. We loves ours and it was our only option since we have the Pullrite Superglide hitch.
The 3585 you're looking at is the one I want, very badly. I love it. My only problem would be that I want a stackable washer and dryer in what ever rig we have and you can only have a combination in that model. If that is not an issue for you, then go for it.
There is a place for coats if I remember correctly in the entertainment area.
