I bought one on Black Friday and have used it twice, once for a roast and tonight for baby potatoes. I am still learning the ropes.

We recently went to Florida for the winter and I removed the rice cooker and slow cooker from the trailer and loaded the Instant Pot instead.

While here I store it an upper cabinet, but in transit I put it under the sink. I wanted to avoid a possible problem.

I would love some more recipes!
