This year when it got cold in GA we did a tour through FL to visit friends and family and warm up. I started planning about three weeks in advance and got reservations in six different parks over the course of a month. All stays except one were under a week. When calling around I was only rejected a couple times for no vacancy. I did fimd many parks online however that required 3 months or more to reserve. You just have to continue looking. In one park where he had stayed before we decided to reserve a spot for the whole month of Feb next year and skip all the work.
