Per the diagram breaker C is in series with breaker B. And that is just wrong and serves no purpose at all. The battery wire should go to the copper pole on one of the breakers with the jumper to the other so that the breakers are each protecting their respective equipment.
But the other 4 wires from the copper poles should have fuse protection somewhere or they are also in the wrong place.
