I have recommended them to a few Ford fans I'm friends with and they hailed thier praises as well.
I have the same exact truck as the OP (18 GMC HD3500) and also solved most of my chucking and bouncing issues by going with a very cost effective and easy to install Timbren system on the rear of the truck (20 min install) and an Andersen hitch. My fully loaded HC pin weight is in the 2600 lb range and the Timbren's really helped with the deep bouncing over rough patches and bridges on the Interstate. The Andersen hitch totally eliminated all chucking. I recommend first trying the Timbren's, or airbags, before changing the hitch.
