We just filled one of our 30# tanks in Stroudsburg, PA area and they charged $3.50 gal. We only needed 5.5 gal so $19.25. We do not do exchanges for the very reason stated about Blue Rhino only filling up to 15 lbs of fuel in the tanks instead of the full 20 lbs.

Guess it is like thinking you are getting a half gallon of ice cream when you are really getting 1.5 quarts.....still looks like a half gallon, but I know my belly knows the difference!!!!
