I have the 2880RL.

Denny Marsh at Keystone told me that I have a "Panel Box" that has a ground for the electrical plug that I plug into the back of my unit. He told me this panel box is somewhere under the unit, but he does not know where exactly.

This is the only connection that has not been checked out because the Tech (or I) can't find it. This may be where my grounding problem is.

Anyone know where this "panel box" is located?
