You have a back flow preventer in there that is notorious for failure. In some rigs it's under the bathroom sink (as ours was) in others it's behind the shower with an access panel in a closet of bedroom somewhere. There's another thread running today with the same issue. Very common. By the way, some valves are clear and others are black.
