Dicor Roof Bubble

I know Dicor says some bubbles are normal as they tell the installer not to stretch the rubber when it is installed but here we are 2 weeks from warranty expiring on our 2012 295RKD Mountaineer and we have a 4 inch wide bubble running on the passenger side of the front cap back to mid way of the Bedroom AC. I took pictures to my dealer and they concur this one will probably need replacement. I opened a case with Keystone Customer Support and sent them pics as well as the dealer says they will not be able to work it in until after warranty expires but will submit a formal review with their own pics to Keystone for decisions. My service manager at Cullum and Maxey in Nashville told me that he does not blame me for being concerned and small bubble are pretty normal but this looks like it is too much. HE also said we should repair it as a last resort as cutting and seaming will never be as good as a one piece installation. At least it is all documented with Dealer and Keystone and I will get it by there this week for formal Dealer inspection and pictures so they can officially submit the repair request. Anyone else have this issue. About 3 ft long and 4 inches wide and a half inch high.
