Ours had one missing at the PDI. One of two things we found. Problem is it was actually missing, not rolling around inside. I think there is more to the mystery that what we saw, but the Dealer fixed it on the spot.
I didn't think of it as a big deal, but hope it is not chronic problem. I wonder if it is from pressure from the grease?
