For the photo guys, I used my Nikon D7000 set at ISO 6400, bulb so I could control how long the shutter is open, and my 18-70 lens all on my sturdy heavy tripod. I held the shutter open from 30 t0 45 seconds and got great results. With no wind, my most interesting shots had the black outline of the trees with the stars in the background. Also got a great show of the Little Dipper.
